Our mission is to provide a fully Self-Directed Summer and School Break Day camp experience. Where campers can learn through the freedom to choose exciting, hands-on, academic and enrichment opportunities presented daily, all led by kind, respectful adults who are excited to share their skills.

Open to all children ages 4 years and 9 months to 11.

We do not provide any snacks or lunch. Please send packed food daily.

Our drop-in camp offers flexible day packages without the need for reservations. Just come between 9:30 and 10:30 am. Join us for an awesome summer in 2023! We open for 10 weeks of Chico Unified's Summer, plus an extra week. Limited space available, so secure your spot soon. Mix and match non-consecutive days. Camp Wild Heart is presented by Thrive Enrichment Program. Unused days cannot be refunded or rolled over.
